Solar Energy - Introduction
Solar energy is radiant energy of the sun that can be converted into
other forms of energy, such as heat or electricity.
Many scientists believe that over the long term solar power will
become the single most important renewable energy.
"Even if we were to dam every river in the world and put wind
turbines wherever there is wind, it wouldn't be enough to provide for
our energy needs. But with solar energy we could meet the world's energy
demands".
